Imperial Fleet Admiral Zeiten served as the Galactic Empire's Space Fleet Chief Commander during the second battle of Tiamat, in IC 436 / UC 745. He presided over the battle from his flagship, the Audhumla. During the battle, he mobilized seven fleets, totalling 56,000 ships and 6,500,000 sailors. Preceding the outbreak of battle, Zeiten assigned Vice Admiral Wilhelm von Muckenberger command of a fleet (with especially high morale) partially in response to the recent death of Wilhelm's unCle, the Chief of the Ministry of the Military, Fleet Admiral Keltring.
