The Free Planets Alliance Officer Academy was located in Thernusen City, on the planet Heinnesen. It served as the primary officer-training school for the Free Planets Alliance military. Notable graduates of the Officer Academy include Yang Wenli, and Jean Robert Lappe.
The Officer Academy did not entirely a military school: graduates could buy their way out of military service by paying exhorbitant tuition costs, while those who wished an education but could not afford one (as was the case with Yang Wenli) could get a 100% tuition waver, provided they entered the military service immediately after graduation.
